Our team members are at the core of what makes the Pregnancy and Work Study so unique and fulfilling. We take pride in the diverse academic and professional backgrounds of our staff, with each member contributing their unique skills to the projects we are working on.




Dr. Brady is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at San Jose State University, where she conducts research, serves as an advisor in the I/O Master Program and for Psi-Chi. Dr. Brady teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses covering topics such as I/O Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Training and Development, Occupational Health Psychology, and Advanced Research Methods. Dr. Brady earned her Ph.D. from Portland State University. She served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Psychology, 1 of 6 National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH; part of the CDC) funded worksites in the United States.
