WELCOME TO THE PREGNANCY AND WORK STUDY
Shedding light on the intersection of peoples' experiences as they navigate pregnancy and pregnancy-related challenges while working.
Research is needed on the working experiences of both parents following pregnancy loss, and how current organizational practices influence their work and well-being outcomes.
This study will gather information on the experiences of both mothers and fathers, key challenges they faced, and the supports they benefit from during and after loss. Its findings may inform organizational practices and procedures to support bereaved parents and provide information that may facilitate both understanding and support of parents who have experienced pregnancy loss within the workplace context.
