Pregnancy Loss and Work Survey Study

Following a preliminary qualitative study, the Pregnancy and Work research team is beginning a second wave of data collection focusing on survey data. 

This study empirically examines the experiences of employees following pregnancy loss and their subsequent return to work. Pregnancy loss is among the most highly stigmatized health issues facing women and their partners, involving unique challenges personally and professionally. Results from this study can inform organizational practices and procedures to better support bereaved employees.
